I’d purchased a 2001 DeVille hearse with the Northstar engine. Bought it knowing it had an overheating issue. I’m no mechanic and didn’t know the Northstar engine history. I was repeatedly told to junk the car as it was not worth fixing. I saw a video of Thermalweld on YouTube. I followed their instructions exactly. I am now a happy customer ! I drive my car daily. After all the critics online on forums claiming "Blown Head Gasket" is why my 04 Deville was overheating, I turned to Thermalweld and spoke over the phone to one of the Northstar specialists "Dave". He walked me through diagnosing a blown head gasket, which turned out not to be the problem. All the way to finding the culprit of my overheating being the rear metallic coolant line on the driver side leaking from being detached from the housing. Saved me a huge amount of money on not having to scrap my old Deville. Thanks for the help.

Hi my name is David Clinger I have a 1997 Lincoln Town Car with 33k miles and it started running hot and using coolant. I used several products that claimed would fix the problem. They would work for a short time but after a few weeks I’d notice the coolant disappearing again. I thought it was over and was planning to suck it up and have the head gasket replaced but found Thermaweld. Read the reviews, watched the videos and thought maybe. So I contacted and spoke with Dave and Robert. First off I was impressed with their knowledge and the time to listen to my symptoms and asked many questions. I ordered and they were a phone call away when I was applied the product. I followed their directions and it has completly sealed up the coolant leak. Hey my name is Van. I got great service from Dave. I’ve had eight Cadillacs and I’m on 8th one and I thought I was gonna have to get rid of it when the head gasket went. I found Dave on Craigslist. He came to fix the thing in an hour and a half and I’ve driven it 2000 miles since with the AC on it’s awesome. I can’t believe I didn’t use the service early I didn’t know about it because my other caddys head gaskets would always go and I would be totally screwed. So Dave for a very small price saved me from having to get a whole new car or $3000 engine swap out at any rate I will refer people to you guys you guys are really professional your product is great and and it’s it’s it’s been it’s been a real life saver. This is Gordon out in Colorado. Just wanna leave a review on a 2002 PT Cruiser that definitely had blown head gasket. I did the Napa block test on it and it failed the block test. So I used the Thermalweld. It took a little while before it was completely fixed but now it’s good as new. So no failure in the block test and no overheating everything is good. It works the product works great do follow directions though to the letter and check that over fill tank because mine was cracked and make sure the hoses and radiators are tight and nothing leaks and follow directions. Hi my name is Bernardo Castillo and I had a little head gasket leak causing misfires. I bought the product Steel Seal Elite and the first time it worked great. It ran up to 9000 miles and then I had a small little leak again. They sent a free re-treatment and I have put over 5000 miles more miles the total is about 14,000 miles. Product is awesome, the customer service is awesome. You know you gotta flush it and you gotta go through a process to get it right over all the product is awesome the car is running awesome and I thank you guys God bless. Appreciate it.
